If you are
not satisfied with your order, we cheerfully accept returns for a full refund
(excluding shipping charges) within 30 days with your receipt and as long as the
item is in its original box and in NEW, SEALED or UN-OPENED condition.
If the item is defective, please email us and let us know whether you would like a replacement or if we can replace parts. Imagination Toys is not responsible for return shipping fees. If the product was damaged in shipping, please save the shipping box so that a claim may be made with UPS.
